ABSTRAK Nutrition of pregnant women is a nutrient that is needed in large quantities for the fulfillment of the mother's own nutrition and the development of the fetus it contains. This study aims to determine Antenatal Care Nursing Care about nutrition of pregnant women on nutritional status in pregnant women by using anthropometric measurements of LILA in Kerdu hamlet, Kerjo Lor village, Ngadirojo. This study uses a cross sectional approach. The target population in this study were 3 pregnant women in Kerdu Hamlet, Kerjo Lor Village, Ngadirojo. The sample in this study was Trimester II pregnant women. The results were obtained that 1 out of 3 pregnant women had KEK or poor nutritional status (33.33%) and 2 of 3 pregnant women had good nutritional status (66.67%). Factors that affect the nutrition of pregnant women are the age of pregnant women, pregnant women, environmental temperature, knowledge of pregnant women and families about nutrition, habits and views of mothers on food, activity, health status, economic status. It is expected that health workers will improve more in providing KIE about KEK in pregnancy, so that pregnant women can detect early high risk of pregnancy. Keywords: Nutrition, KEK, pregnant women
